Hushed Laughter is from my Tranquil Links Collection. Tranquil Links was one of those collections that kind of painted itself. I had this concept about playing with a softer color palette that had this calming feeling to it. This is a collection about couples and how they have these intimate moments that are just quiet and sweet. Whether they are reading a book together, going for an evening stroll, or sharing a subtle inside joke. Out of that notion, Tranquil Links was created.
Another intimate moment that you would have with your significant other. Have you ever been in a situation where it really isn't appropriate to laugh? But you share a glance from an inside joke with your significant other, that you have to quietly try and control your laughter. That is what inspired this piece.
